    As usual, fantastic service! I've hired ***** and his crew a couple of times now. I was having issues with hard wired smoke detectors and Hassett Electrical had only tied one new one into the house. I reached out to ***** at Hassett, who immediately offered to drive out and take a look. Rather than have them drive 45 minutes for something so small, I tried to see if it could be fixed remotely. ***** offered his suggestions and responded promptly to my text messages. When it was determined that the situation needed professional eyes, ***** did not hesitate to schedule a **************** call. Hassett showed up on time, with notice when they were 30 minutes away. Naturally, none of the detectors were malfunctioning and randomly beeping like they did all week. Hassett checked everything out, replaced the new smoke/carbon monoxide detector, fixed two other small electrical concerns, and even stayed an extra hour to make sure the detectors were okay before driving another 45 minutes home. ***** also reassured me that a weird double outlet wouldn't be a building code issue that could jeopardize the sale of the house. I was only charged for a service call. Hassett stands by their work and if there are any questions, will take the time to patiently investigate. Rates are comparable, the guys are friendly, and as Master Electricians they really know their stuff. Even if they were to go insane and hike their rates up, I would still hire them. I don't trust anyone else with the electrical safety of my home and you shouldn't either. I was lucky to find them as a ********** Pro, not through ****, ******, or other review sites. When originally receiving work estimates, review site electricians fell short. Home run for ********** lining up a great pro!

    I selected GH Electrical, DBA Hassett Electrical through **********s Pro Services to have plugs installed for my electric oven and micro wave. I feel that I was totally misled on the quote, and frankly got screwed. I immediately questioned the quote as being very high. ***** told me that the job could take up to 5 hours, possibly even have to cut sheet rock etc... I was not at the property at the time. I got quoted *******, I, thinking this could be a huge job said ok. The ******* charge was more than the cost of the oven and micro wave combined. He left the job leaving two electricians there. Bottom line is that they finished the actual job in less than 1 hour!! When I called to complain about the charge, he did absolutely nothing and trying to justify his ******* charge. I'm not an electrician by any means. When I got home, It was very obvious with all the room behind the panel that they'd be no issue running the wire, The panel was six feet away. I've a compliant with ********** and I will never recommend GH Electrical services or DBA Hassett Electrical. feel I was totally taken advantage of. There is no justification to charge ******* for two circuits and plugs that were installed in less than one
