They sold me expensive equipment. But one problem, it doesn't work right with expensive Discover LiFePO4 batteries. It would let you set low-voltage cutout for the battery, as a safety shutdown if battery gets too discharged.Schneider gaslit me for *years* telling me there's nothing they can do about one way working (even though it's *their* product and merely means fixing their software) but to maybe try this other way. So, I tried the way. This meant me designing and building my own external circuit to utilize their RPO or remote power off feature. My circuit worked fine, but their RPO software again was not thoroughly tested and debugged. No joy. Again, they said "nothing we can do about our c*** software that we made". They suggested I try a third way, that involves buying their Insight Home device, which utilizes a router and would let me theoretically set SOC (state of charge). Will it work? Don't know. It costs another $350 and I spent a ton of time and work designing and building circuit to work with their RPO since their own hardware/software didn't work right. They also offered a fourth way, something about using a Netbus network instead of Xanbus.But...no one has time for all that.Bottom Line: this product doesn't permit you to protect expensive lithium batteries from being damaged by over-discharging. This is a fatal flaw with their equipment. Further, they will not work with you to fix their software and hardware and will only gaslight and waste your time, in my opinion (this review is my beliefs and opinions, only), which is a fatal flaw in the company culture. I cannot recommend this company nor their products, if you have expensive batteries to protect.

I purchased a Un-interruptible Power Supply back in April 2024. It failed in August of 2024. Schneider Electric did ***lace the unit per their warranty. I followed the warranty and return policy to the letter. I returned the defective unit, using the return label provided by Schneider Electric. Unit was taken to a local authorized *** store for shipping on Sept. 6th. A day or 2 after, I receive a response from Schneider Electric that the matter is resolved and closed. I receive a email from Schneider Electric yesterday (9/15/2024) saying that they want the defective unit sent to them. I only happen to have not taken my trash to the curb the past week, and still in possession of the shipping receipt from *********. I sent a picture of the receipt, and a terse ***ly about them not knowing what's going on. The customer service *** answered back and stated that it was a email sent in error (automated response) and that they will take care of it. What if I didn't respond to the email? Is the error going to stop there? Or would the process continue? Would they send this to a collections agency? Would they say that they never received it and expect me to pay for the ***lacement unit? Has this ploy been played on other customers? The product is nice, and the warranty is good. But trying to play me for a ***lacement unit?

I have a Schneider Electric Control panel in my house. It was subject to a recall and safety inspection. The ** representative showed up at my house, inspected the panel and proceeded to tell ** that a surge protector was now required by code and ** was subsidizing the cost due to the safety recall($500 off the normal cost). They installed a $28 part in 5 minutes and charged $450. I notified ** about this and they had "No Comment". By ignoring my complaint, they are complicit in the ripping off of my neighbors(mostly senior citizens).
