    Purchased a bike helmet for my son. He had a small fall and the helmet broke in 6 places. My child would be dead if he would've gotten bumped by a car. None of the contact numbers listed inside the helmet or on any website work to speak with anyone about this.

    Hello ******-

    Thank you for reaching out to us.  I am sorry you are running into this issue.  This is not a problem we have seen come up before.  All of our helmets go through testing to prove the strength of the product.  We would not be able to refund you for the cost of the helmet because it was not purchased directly through us.  This is a product sold exclusively through ******** so any refund would need to be done directly with them.  I could offer to send you out a replacement helmet instead.  If you would like to take me up on this offer, please send me a photo of the defect, a copy of your receipt, and your complete mailing address.  Once I have this information, I will proceed.  If you need anything else, let me know.
