  Unfortunately, I fell for this scam! Such a bummer because the toys look like they would be great for my dog. I bought two toys. Confirmation received. Notified of shipping but each time I went to check the status, it said the label was created but **** was awaiting the package. I emailed twice to two different emails. After reading all the reviews, I'm not sure how this website is still even up after years of scamming people!

  I orders 2 toys on 10/26/24 and have never received the order. I have tried emailing multiple times for an update with no response. I received an order number but that is it. I have had family members order from them and get the dog toys. Not sure what the issue is but looks like this is a common issue with them. I either want the products or my money back.

  They stated 5-10 days to ship. I waited 3 weeks and sent multiple emails. They sent me tracking the on 07/23/24. I checked tracking and it stated label created I checked tracking again a few days later, and it still said the same. Tracking 3 weeks later hasnt changed. It has been over a month and tracking still says the same. I havent been able to get a hold of them since.

  Scam! They stated 5-7 days to ship. I waited 3 weeks and sent multiple emails and called multiple times. Finally got a hold of someone after a month. They stated oh I forgot to ship your order! They sent me tracking the next day. I checked tracking and it stated label created I checked tracking again a few days later, and it still said the same. Tracking 3 weeks later hasnt changed. It has been 2 months and tracking still says the same. I havent been able to get a hold um of them since.

  Just got off the phone with my bank. I was charged right away. Sent 2 emails checking up on my order. No reply. Called the number on the website, no answer. Email on the receipt is not the same as the email on the website by the way. It's a scam.

  Do not purchase from this company. I ordered almost $70 in dog toys from Tug and Go on December 25,2023. I have not received my products and the company has ghosted me. No communication despite numerous emails, text messages, and phone calls. No explanation on why my products have not shipped, or when they expect my products to ship. No answers to how I would apply for a refund, and theres no information on the website that would point me to the way to get a refund. If I could give zero stars, I would have done that.

  Ordered 5 items and did receive a confirmation. On the site it states will be shipped within 5-7 business days. I waited and waited and received nothing. I emailed the company several times and never received a response. I called and texted as well and still no response.After a month of waiting i was happy I used PayPal and I filed a complaint and did get my money back.While they do have wonderful products, their customer service is **** and they never respond nor reply to any email, calls or texts.

  Ordered dog toy in September and have never received it. Have sent multiple emails with no response. Calling the number on the website gets no results. Total Scam.
