      We purchased an electric fence from the company. They guaranteed the collars for life. When one of the collars stopped working, it was sent back on March 24, 2015 at their request to the *******, ** facility for review. To date, we have made 16 inquiries via phone message and email asking about the repair or if they will replace it. We have had not a response. They have an answering service and we cannot reach anyone at the company directly.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. We have continued to call and email but still no reply.

      In 2021, we had an electric fence installed on our property for our dog by a company called "Contain my Dog". On December 17th, 2024, our dog was able to escape from our yard as there was no indication that there was any issue with the fence or collar. We immediately called the company to see if we could troubleshoot the issue. We left a message with their call service and were assured that someone would call us back. Over the next three weeks, we called the company over a dozen times. On 1/3 I received an email from an automated system with information on how to send our collar back for repair. The collar was sent out the same day and was received by the company on 1/6. On 1/8, I received a text message from ***** indicating that the collar was received and would be tested. On 1/10, I sent a text asking for an update to which I received "the collar is non-repairable". I then asked if they would be sending a replacement, per their lifetime warranty. They said they were unable to send a replacement, and that they would not honor the warranty. ***** indicated that I could not purchase a replacement because the frequency or our system is not compatible with a new collar and would require the swap out of our entire system. He then stated "let me see what I can do and I will be in touch tomorrow at the latest". I have received NO further contact form anyone at the company despite my efforts to get an update via text or phone. At no time has anyone called to discuss the issues with us and we are still without a solution on how to rectify the issue. We are out thousands of dollars on an eclectic fence system that is only a couple of years old, our dog is now without a safe means to be let outside off-leash and the company has failed to communicate with us at all, despite their lifetime warranty for both the fence and collar. We are at a loss on how to proceed at this point as even the owner of the company (*****) seems to care less about helping his customers.
