    I have the cctv surveillance services at my store provided by DTiq (which was earlier addressed by DTT surveillance). i have done business with them for years now. But as of last October (2023) they had suggested me for an upgrade, which would increase the monthly payments that i make to them for the services. So i ended up refusing for the upgrades. Later, i looked up other some other company offering the same upgrades at a better price. so i decided to cancel my contract with **** and decide to switch to different company. So when i called DTiq for cancellation, to which they stated that i was under a contract with them for next 3 years. I don't recall signing any contract with the company. So i requested a copy of the contract from DTiq. The contract stated that i the contract will be "AUTO" renewed every 3 years. They have not even once try to provide me with a copy if the renewal in any of these past years. and if i still want to disconnect the service i will have to $3600 to them. Which i do not wish to at all. Because i do not like their camera quality and do wish switch to a different company. Still i decided to continue with their services since i did not want to pay the $3600 for nothing. So i continued to use their services. Just today on the 15th of July 2024 they ended up charging me $3600. Where i have not even cancelled my services yet. But now i do not wish to continue doing business with them and also want a full refund from them.

    customer has opted to stay with us he also has several locations with us.  He just did not want to honor his agreement.  We supplied him with the copy of his contract as I explained to him it is his job to read his contract and the terms.

    **** is not refunding my money back after promising to do exactly so since last 1 and half month (Sept 19, 2023). I had signed up for their video surveillance system with few indoor cameras, out door cameras and NVR. However, seeing their customer service, I decided to cancel the order in the initial stage itself before they could ship anything. However, they went ahead and ACH my account anyway after the order was cancelled. They promised to refund my money since then but have been making all kind of excuses. Please see the email correspondence. I looked at the ****** review and seems like I was not the first person to face this.
