Pricing is very high for job (install kitchen faucet) and 2 people sent to do the job when one would have been sufficient. I will not use them again and would not recommend them.

******************, I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our prices.  We try to be up front and transparent with our customers about our pricing, and the cost of your visit did include replacing the faucet you supplied, along with replacing the emergency shut-off under the kitchen sink.
The 2nd technician that was at your home was an apprentice working with the licensed plumber for training purposes.  We generally send out our apprentices on all our plumbing service calls.
I do hope we can retain your business, as I know you've used us in the past for plumbing at your home.

Buyer beware. Accurate showed up to repair a nonworking furnace unit. After charging $160 for a 'travel fee' they diagnosed the problem replaced two parts and charged me nearly $800, which was expected to be paid in full before they left. In addition to repair costs, their repairman tried to upsell me with a maintenance plan ($1500) and "preventive" repair replacements ($2500) for my other heating zones/furnace units. Two days later, the furnace stopped working, again.I called on that weekend to leave a message. ONE WEEK later a serviceperson showed up and surprise -- the problem was now something else --- a "new" $1000+ motor. Accurate refused to refund the $800 already paid because it was "repaired at my own risk" and because they told me the replacement parts (one of which was totally functional) were notorious for failing. (This was "written" into the invoice AFTER they left and sent to me later) I have since contacted a different heating company who confirmed the two parts I replaced only ONE week ago was unnecessary. Watch out for Accurate! They are liars, thieves and on top of it all, very rude. Go somewhere else.

Our stated dispatch and diagnostic fee is $160. Since you have used us many times in the past, you are aware of that fee. Payment for our services is indeed, due and payable on the day of service like many (if not most) service companies. Again, you have used us in the past and this is known to you. We don't UPSELL - we provide customers with options, one of which was a maintenance plan for your heating units, which help to prolong their life and operation. The other option he provided was to proactively replace the control boards on your furnaces. You chose to replace the one on the unit you were having an issue with.ON 2/2/23, ************** replaced a capacitor and informed you that the blower motor may be compromised because of the wear the windings had gone through. 3 days later, you called for service on that same unit because it was again, not heating. The technician arrived and found that, indeed, the blower motor had failed. You decided that we were scamming and gaslighting you, and promptly kicked him out of your home.We record all our calls: Your initial visit was on Thursday, 2/2/23. You called on Sunday, 2/5/23 and left a voicemail saying your heat was out again. We returned the call the next business day, Monday 2/6/23. You didn't call back until 2/8/23 to schedule us to come back out. This is not the first instance we've had where you have been difficult and argued over technicians, billing and fees. We wish you the best and hope you find a company that can benefit from your business.
