      Date of work: Area #1) 4/19/2023, 4/20/2023 Area #2) 4/24/2023 A check in the amount of $3110.67 was paid on 4/24/2023 Jancon was hired to do work on our home in 2 areas: #1) Minor work around our garage doors, replacing siding. This was done to our satisfaction.#2) Discover and repair a water leak in the left side house dormer (facing the home). Dispute: The area underneath the dormer was left without roof shingles, showing the metal flashing instead of roof shingles. The work was left unfinished. It is noticeable and does not match the other dormer.Attempt at resolution: A phone call was made to the company following the installation. We were told that the way the roof was left was correct, they refused to return to inspect the work done and they would do nothing more. After insisting that they return to finish the job, we were told that there would be an additional fee to return to our property. We did not agree to pay a fee for them to return and finish the work.Finally the promise was made to us that workers would return the following week but they would not specify a date. They did not return. They made no attempt to contact us. They have done nothing to finish the job.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. There has been no communication with us at all.  Please advise us as to the best method to proceed.  Thank you.
