    Janek has been the management company of my complex since I moved in 3 years ago and I have to admit I couldn't imagine a management company being much worse at supporting their unit members. Our requests go unanswered or "Non-emergency requests wont get a response for at least 48 hours". Improvements on the property for units dont get done even with a revolving door or maintenance *************** the property. Our HOA fees go up every year but there is never anything completed so we dont know what these fee increases are going to. Very litter transparency and they clearly dont care about the properties they manage.
