      This company hired a LEVEL 3 *** OFFENDER as our maintenance manager. HE HAD KEYS TO EVERYONE'S APARMENT. Convicted of **** and attempted **** a few years ago and had just gotten out of prison. The only reason they found out he was a *** offender is because he was giving me weird vibes and I googled his name. Any background check would have showed this. After I told the office this, they fired him and asked us not to tell the other tenants. They said they would change locks next week. IT TOOK THEM 1 MONTH TO CHANGE LOCKS. All this time, the ex-maintenance guy could have made copies of the keys and accessed anyone's apartment and assaulted them. The new maintenance guy they hired ignored my requests about a low hanging tree branch over my car and parking lot issues for 6+ months. I racked up over $100 in parking tickets because residents would consistently park 3+ cars in the lot when everyone was supposed to be limited to one spot. Couldn't get a hold of actual management for 6 weeks (the whole company is based in ************, they hire outside people to do work in ** and there is no accountability) and they claimed their phone system wasn't working, despite me leaving dozens of voicemails. When they finally answered, I complained about the new maintenance guy ignoring my requests and they did nothing about it. They also loved to do random water shutoffs for "maintenance" and would give us sometimes as little as one day's notice (which is illegal in ************* unless it's an emergency repair). They also had the nerve to raise our rent by $300/month despite all of this. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE
