    I ordered 2 items, an incubator in october. That was never delivered on time in november. Then I contacted them as I neede another item urgently. They agreed to deliver the incubator next day but I asked them to deliver the other item urgently. I got a date of 12/20 and once again, they never shipped it. The first item, the deliverer is saying maybe I will think about it the week of 12/30 after sitting on it for over 2 months. They dont even see it as fraud and theft after taking our immediate payment of nearly 10k for the incubator and nearly 7k tfor the urgent cryo hat was promptly paid. ***-AVANTOR website for complaints is terrible and they dont care to call or reply unless you threaten to file with their leaders who cannot be reached as contacts are not given, and the last resort I have is to go to you and the police to get my paid for goods that are very delayed and it is costing huge monies that are non-profit, we are academics so we must seem easy to defraud this way with endless delay on paid items.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. They have made excuses for delaying service, called their fraud of changing a past email a 'mistake', and I am still being forced to wait for the arrival of the item. Their irresponsibility is unacceptable.
