    We had my sons truck brought there and a new transmission was put in a few weeks later. A new radiator was put in this all took place in February. There was a warranty of one year total cost was approximately $7000. The transmission broke in May they had his truck from May 26 until mid August still broken into this day last night. The radiator went when I called to tell them they only had one week to fix this and it was a hardship for him to not have a vehicle for longer than that. The woman, I spoke to became agitated as I continue talking to her, which I clearly am slightly agitated myself, she hung up on me and told me to go elsewhere. At this point I want his truck fixed or our money back in full so we can take it someplace else. Im hoping that you can help me resolve this problem as I have gotten nowhere with Franklin Transmission they either ignore our calls or when they answer the phone they are so incredibly rude to .

    I got a used transmission here for over 2500$ they told me I needed an alternator for another 1100$ I told the owner I didnt have the money and the car didnt have any other problems but the transmission when it was brought there. Plus they told me my transmission would be done in a week and yet my car wasnt returned to me with serious issues until almost 3 1/2 weeks later. I put in a 500$ alternator and my car is still having the same issues that started almost instantly after they worked on my vehicle. So it is even more obvious that it is not the alternator, I also had an insurance adjuster look at the car before any work was done and was told that the car had no lights on the dashboard and the windshield wipers which wont shut off since FT worked on my car were not running on there own at the time of his inspection. I have reached out to the shop, the owner and still no response, I have lost wages from work, plus throwing money into a car that only had one issue upon its arrival to this company and yet now I am supposed to swallow all costs because they are refusing to own up to their mistakes. I am beyond upset and horrified that they are allowed to operate like this. A transmission installation that has now caused insane issues that are no fault of anyones but Franklin transmission and auto.
