    My family and I was picked out of our table because another family needed to bowl. We were paying customers and had an active game going. We were the only black family there and were the ones chosen to have to move for the white family. Then we were told the family would have to share the table with us despite there not being enough chairs. Their solution was me and my family would have to split so the white family could stay together. Came here as a birthday celebration for my husband and ended up having to leave without finishing. They are bad for business.

    Thank you for visiting our establishment. Your claim that we made any decision based on race is a serious one. Unfortunately it is completely false. You may have noticed that each of the large tables is shared between two lanes. This means that one half of the table is normally used for each lane. We know this is not a perfect setup and are sorry that you were put off by it. We have plenty of chairs and offered you additional chairs and a table at the same lane you were bowling on. Thanks for taking the time to support our Veteran-owned small business ????

    Thank you for your response. I want to start by acknowledging the seriousness of the claim I made and clarify that it was never my intention to make an accusation that could damage your reputation or suggest wrongdoing without understanding the full context. If my words came across that way, I sincerely apologize.
    When my family and I visited your establishment, we were there to celebrate my husband's birthday, and we were genuinely looking forward to the experience. Unfortunately, the situation that occurred regarding the seating change was jarring and left us feeling extremely uncomfortable and confused. In the moment, it felt personal, and that perception deeply affected our celebration.
    I now realize there may have been a misunderstanding. However, I do believe that if there were any policies or reasons behind the seating arrangement or change, disclosing them in advance would have helped us make an informed decision and possibly avoided the entire situation. Had we known, we may have chosen not to stay, simply to preserve the celebratory spirit of the occasion.
    Again, I truly regret any confusion or unintended implications. My goal was not to harm, but to share a personal experience that felt disappointing and upsetting at the time. I appreciate your taking the time to respond, and I hope this message brings some clarity and resolution.
