  We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Beyond Pools. We had several issues while working with them. The pool was poorly installed and was completely misaligned with our property. They pitched the pool wrong creating serious drainage issues. Their GC smelled of marijuana and appeared under the influence while doing the job. The sealer on the concrete was done incorrectly which left swirls all over our concrete. They did fix this one issue after months of phone calls and emails back back-and-forth.
  The workmanship was sloppy and the surrounding area was left a mess. We have come out of pocket thousands to try to remedy the issues this company left us with. When we voiced our concerns we were met with combativeness and an unwillingness to take responsibility. The lack of attention to detail throughout the process was beyond frustrating.
  For the amount of money we spent, we expected a high-quality result but were left extremely disappointed.
  I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you’re investing in a pool, do yourself a favor and choose a company that takes pride in their craftsmanship and service.

  Having customers upset with our work is not something that we take lightly, as we do have a lot of pride in our work. Besides the concrete issue, you at no point expressed any sort of dissatisfaction with the product, so when you left your original review months after your project was completed, we immediately reached out to you to see what we could do to make things right. We were happy to hear that you were open to us coming back to your property to assess the situation and work something out. Unfortunately, your husband did not have the same idea, and, ultimately, this review does not reflect the reality of the situation.We are up front and transparent with our customers throughout the entire project and provide material describing our process and what to expect. Your husband openly admitted to not reading anything we provided, including the contract that you signed. It is reiterated in those materials and in person that your project is given an excavation budget for standard conditions, but you should always leave room for the unexpected things that could come up once we start digging. Unfortunately, we ran in to ledge at your property, at which point we stopped digging and discussed the options that were available for moving forward.The conclusion that we came to was that you could not spend any additional money. We did everything we could to stay within your budget and managed to complete the project within the original contract price. At the end of the project, we discussed doing some additional grading and addressing drainage, but you could not pay for any more machine time and your husband stated that he had someone that could do it for you.For those reasons, it is true that we do not believe we are at fault in the situation. Regardless of this, it is not true that you were met with combativeness - actually, the opposite. We offered to perform the additional excavation work at no cost, but your husband does not want us putting a shovel in your yard. We offered to reimburse you for the work you say you had to pay for out of pocket, but he admitted that you had not paid anything and were trying to do the work yourselves. We offered to pay someone else for the work that you wanted done, but he stated that you have not even received any quotes. In the end, he asked us to give him $10,000. When we asked legitimate questions regarding further details, you resorted to leaving this review instead. We stand by the fact that the pool was built properly and safely. Your concerns are regarding a small amount of puddling in your yard that requires a very simple fix. We have remained available and willing to address any reasonable concerns. We keep thorough documentation of all of our projects throughout the entire process with both pictures and notes. Pictures of your project have been posted by us on ****** as further proof that your claims are unfounded. Furthermore, in an attempt to not make this response any longer, we will not address the other lies in this review and hope that our history of high-quality work and satisfied customers will speak for itself.
