    I was having trouble with my laptop for many months: it often -- typically once or twice a day -- shut down with a message that Windows had not loaded properly ("blue screens," I think they are called). The computer repair guy that I have used for years tried on a several occasions to fix the problem, without success. Arthur fixed it with a single scheduled on-site appointment -- at a very reasonable flat rate -- and cleaned up some other matters while he was here. Moreover, Arthur articulated clearly what he thought were the potential sources of my problem and what he did to address them. A wonderful experience, with a very nice fellow.

Arthur D., the owner, is unlike any other computer professional I've employed. He's highly professional, readily available to answer questions, and has always gone above and beyond to assist me, whether it has been a printing, hardware, software or malware issue. Recently Arthur helped me choose a new laptop and easily got it up and running.
