  Instantly call goes to vm. It took 5 days to get a call back. The technician was amazing he was grade A, the customer service is horrible. NEVER does a person answer the phone. No matter what Manny's you call it goes straight to vm. HORRIBLE Customer Service. Each store should have a live person answering the phones and it should NEVER take 5 days to get a call back. I will never use this company again

  If I could give a minus star review, I would. I purchased a new ********** refrigerator on a Tuesday and did not work from day one. Two repairmen later and still not working. After you purchase from the store they say it's out of their hand and deal with the manufacturer and service department. Well the service department gives the option of leaving a message and they will get back to you. Still waiting seven days later and still no working refrigerator. We are now at the mercy of the manufacturer to see if they want to replace it. We always bought through Manny's in ********* with not problems but now that Manny himself sold the business it has gone down hill. And as far as the service department, forget it.

  We bought an entire bundle of appliances: a fridge, electric range, microwave, and dishwasher. We had everything delivered Thursday August 3rd. When the delivery guys plugged in the stove it did not turn on. We called Mannys and were told someone would come first thing Friday morning. Around 11am on Friday we called and asked what time someone would be coming by, we were then told no one would be coming until Tuesday the 8th between 8 and 12. It is now 3pm on the 8th and still no one has been by to service our brand new stove that we havent been able to use. After spending close to $6,000 there I would expect some kind of professionalism but we instead have gotten a run around. I will NEVER shop here again.

  I contacted ******* today. The part came in on the 21st for her range and it was installed on the 22nd of August. I called her today to see if she was satisfied with the service call and if I could assist her with anything else. She is all set as of today. Our service calls get booked quickly. We are working on keeping a few service calls open each week so we can respond to customers like **************. My apology on how long you waited for service without a working oven. *********************

  Manny,s is the best in the area for price and service along with inventory. The big box stores just can't compete. The sales staff is very nice and knowledgeable. They carry all major brands. For quality and price along with timely delivery l will never waste time going anywhere else.
