    We are so happy with our experience working with Green River Builders. They built our ADU (accessory dwelling unit, 900 sqf house) and at every phase I couldnt believe how lucky we were to have such a good contractor and team. First, their estimate for the project was significantly lower than several other options and builders we looked at (including several different modular house manufacturers and framing kits, as well as traditional construction) and they stuck to the estimate! Even more impressive is that we didnt have to make compromises on quality for this better price. Second, the communication throughout the project was excellent. I am especially grateful and impressed with this, as a single woman having a home built I felt respected the whole time, never talked down to or not taken seriously. Having a contractor who listened and was easy to talk to made the whole process much less stressful. ***** always gave me his opinion and explained options and usually we agreed, in the couple instances where I wanted something different than his recommendation he made clear he would do what I wanted and didnt try to talk me into something. He and **** made excellent suggestions that improved on our original design as we went along. I cant recommend Green River Builders highly enough. We are hoping to work with them again to make improvements on my parents house.

    Green River Builders has done multiple projects at my home in ********* and the work has been fabulous and amazing. First, they worked on my barn, replacing windows, adding sliding, fixing structural issues. The barn looks great and will stand for decades more. Next, they installed a new floor in the house kitchen. It looks terrific. I am very satisfied with the work they do and the collaborative process they provide. Each member of the Green River team is personable, knowledgeable, and ready to think with us about the best options for each project. They spend the time to get it right, from the initial plans to the final results. They keep the big picture in mind and they spend time on the details to ensure that the job is done the way we want it done. I recommend them to you for any project, large or small. I will have them back soon for our next project.
