    On multiple occasions told me to not speak about the domestic violence. This has drawn out my case, and is being fixed by my current lawyer. It is a domestic violence case.On multiple occasions did not file paperwork for the court as stated in writing (then lied about it). This has also caused a great deal of additional time and fees to address and fix.On multiple occasions you yelled at me in confined quarters, making me extremely uncomfortable, especially considering my case revolves around domestic violence. I made my case very clear during our consultation, and Cox acknowledged what I needed and offered her representation. Was not prepared for meetings (like DCF) and scolded me for her missteps in front of others. What I am happy to pay for were representations in court. I felt Cox did the basic duties when in front of the judge during hearings, even though the entire point of domestic violence was ignored by Cox. I hope we can come to a fair and reasonable partial refund within 15 business days. I'll also ask that Cox stop discussing my case without my permission. Her comments about a warrant in ************** are false. I do not have a warrant, the case was thrown out. I have asked this in writing already, and I was recently accused again of having a warrant by Cox- despite judge ******** ******* looking my record up during a hearing and stating publicly that I have no warrant and no record.
