  In October 2019 Sandri came to clean our furnace and while there the service person said he RED TAGGED our oil tank and that we can no longer receive oil. A few weeks before that a different tech from Sandri came and looked at the tank, said it was good to go, and put 100 gallons in it. The day after the "RED TAG" incident we received an estimate for $2750 + sales tax to put a new tank in from Sandri. I did not have the money to do that and have stressed over it. We had to heat with pellets out of fear of using our furnace and running out of oil. I am an elderly, female veteran and lifting those 40lb bags of pellets has taken a toll on my shoulders. Last winter we had another oil company check the tank. There was no red flag on it, Sandri never reported it to the State as flagged. There is nothing wrong with our tank. They deceived a couple of elderly women. Thank you to ******** for their wonderful service. Sandri...you should be ashamed!!! Sandri is not elderly or veteran friendly!!!

  My name is Michael. I'm president of Sandri Companies. I called tried calling the customer 3 different times. I left voicemails asking her to call me. I never received a response. The customer claims are completely unfounded. We performed responsibly. This complaint is now 4 years old. Please encourage the customer to call me on my cell phone which is ************.

  The owner admits to DOUBLING prices in an email to me after I found out they charged me for BOTH - labor fee, plus the fake priced part. Even the lady taking the payment pretended that "parts are expensive these days". What BS. This terrible business try to trick customers for an extra $100. How pathetic. Don't they realize customers come back to business they trust. This business is guaranteed to fail. Buyer beware! Sandri Plumbing is a company based on scamming customers because they can't run the business like their parents did. What a shame. They've lost all trust for teams and teams of people. Goodbye Sandri.

  This business also has a plumbing service. I had a good experience with them when they replaced my hot water heater, so when I had a pipe spring a leak on Saturday I called them. The dispatcher said because my heater is rented from the gas company, and Berkshire gas paid for the replacement, I do not have an account with sandri so they won't do emergency work. I asked her to see if the supervisor would allow it but they won't. The dispatcher was very rude and told me to just shut off my water and call them on Tuesday, since Monday is a holiday. She also said that even if someone could come I would have to pay the entire amount up front, and when I said that was unfair to seniors on a fixed income she said "well that doesn't apply to everyone in Greenfield does it".
