    I had previously been diagnosed with issues in my eye where I had to go to a different practice because my vision insurance required and the issue would no longer be covered at Vision Center in *****. I saw **************** in *********** ** after that. He has since retired, so I checked to see who else I could see from my insurance company. Rioux Eye Center was covered. I went there in October of 2023. I paid my $40 co-pay. I have since been receiving bills and now a threat to go to collections. I called my insurance company. They told me that Rioux was covered, they saw the claim and Rioux had to resubmit it correctly. I have only done what I was asked. I was happy with Vision Center, but told I had to see a specialist. I went to specialist that was covered with just my $40 co-pay. Now I am being harrassed and threatened with collections. I do not want to lose my vision. I will certainly not be going back to this eye center. I will find another on the coverage list for next year's exam.
