    Dont hire Eli. Eli agreed to paint my home and replace rotted trim. He told me the paint would last 10 years. It began chipping within a short time. I reported that to him and said Ill check it out. But he never showed up. He left the job without following through with what he had agreed to. He had stated he would fix the rotting wood. I had to call him back to finish the job, but then he only repaired only one piece, and he left without replacing or repairing any of the other pieces. Not only that, but he also failed to paint the inner parts of the windows. Instead of removing the window screens and painting, he just left them unpainted, with the exception of two windows that already had the screens out. So only two windows were painted out of 21. When I called to complain he said he doesnt paint that part. I explained that 2 windows were painted and he wasnt making any sense. He finally returned and did a very sloppy job of finishing the windows. Does he do this to everyone or just single women? I just had someone over to repaint my house and he says that type of paint always chips in a short amount of time, especially in the sun, and he is right, the south and west facing sides of the house are in the worse shape. So he knew. And Im sure Eli was overpaid.
