    Brother in law worked for company and recommended them for Mini split install early 2023. Multiple problems have aroused from install and after having multiple contractors come and look at unit and contacting *******. They all stated it was an issue with installation. My brother in law came twice to fix issues before while being payed and supervised by **** Bache. The problems were never fixed fully only temporary solutions. Latest issue occurred during September 2024 the units again do not work as they are supposed to. Multiple calls and emails have gone to **** Bache without no return of calls or emails. ******* stated that they are the ones responsible for the errors upon installation and should beheld accountable. The parts/unit are under warranty but I cannot use the warranty without Bache confirming what is wrong with the Mini splits. My wife and I spent roughly 14,000$ US on these Mini splits and they not worked for more than 2-3 months without problems. I am attempting to reach out to see if there's something that can be done. As this is super unprofessional. To make matters worse, my brother in law no longer works there and **** Bache stopped answering my phone calls as soon as he stopped working there and is now basically ignoring our calls/emails.
