    Wasn't my choice, it's who AAA sent to tow my sons pick up to his mechanic. The driver told the mechanic he may have broken the door handle. The mechanic confirmed that he did. After several calls to Byrnes, they offered $10, for a 150.00 job. That's more insulting than nothing. How do you admit the damage and not take responsibility??? I don't understand how they're in business. I would give them negative stars if it was a choice.

    your son was incredibly rude and threatening lawsuit right off the bat. its a $10 plastic doorhandle on a 23 year old truck, I offered $20 as this wasn't an abuse, miss use or any type of accident to the vehicle. we literally just tried to open the door and it broke. if it cost you $150 to fix that handle I really need to start charging more. lastly because he was so upset with the situation he proceeded to call our shop non stop, over and over yelling "I'm going to block up your phone and cost you money". unfortunately he doesn't know how a multi line phone system works and we just blocked both his numbers he was calling from which had the caller id of his mother probably because he doesn't have his own phone. in closing being reasonable goes a long way, and being entitled and rude right off the bat wont get you very far in life, which is probably why he had so much time to waste in the middle of the day on a Tuesday
