    Provider sent me a preview of the flowers that I ordered and I called and said I did not want them delivered because they did not look like the picture on the website and did not match the description. The owner became very aggressive and said I sounded like an *******, all because I was unhappy with the arrangement. She kept telling me that she is an artist and that this is a form of art. She was not receptive to my complaint at all. I hung up on her when she said I sound like an ****** I was not willing to deal with that level of unprofessionalism. She then continued to send me texts and emails that insulted me as a person, she insulted where my parents live and said it wasn't a nice part of town. She became manic and would not stop sending messages. I blocked her on my phone and email. I just wanted the flowers to be exchanged to look more like they were described. I paid for the premium option and I feel like I was scammed for how few premium flowers were in the arrangement.

    As a person who has spent three years building a business and has all five star reviews and personal relationships with clients this woman was completely unhinged from the get-go.

    I will include pictures suffice it to say I spent 45 minutes on the arrangement I spent over an hour driving to and from the house I spent 2 hours to go out and get specific flowers for the arrangement and she wanted me to go get the arrangement and take it back.

    First of all the arrangement does look like what she ordered.

    Second it clearly states on my banner the first thing you see is no refunds for any reason.

    Because of clients just like this who don't understand what it takes to make an arrangement or to buy flowers or to drive over and drop them off.

    She treated me poorly like some poor little employee she talked to me rudely she was unkind and then she went ahead to try to hurt me and put bad reviews to ruin my all five star track record and now she's writing to the better Business bureau.

    I feel she's attacking me because of the type of person that she is.

    This complaint is a fraudulent lie all you have to do is look at my reviews and see that she's full of baloney.

    I don't no what else to say I do my best to make art for people and to do a good job sometimes the flowers they ask for are not available at the market and I say that on my website.
