5 starsNew England Stairlifts is terrific. Bob, the owner, was excellent to deal with. Very accommodating and had a lot of knowledge about stairlifts. Got his staff out here for installation within 2 weeks. They say 2-3 weeks so I was so thankful that he had them come out on the earlier side as I have rather significant pain in my knees going up and down the stairs. The stairlift is wonderful - has worked perfectly. It is a nice cream color and a contemporary, clean style. Jared, the installer, was very nice to work with and finished installation in a very timely manner. All in all, very pleased with my decision to go with New England Stairlifts and highly recommend them!Review fromJoseph R

5 starsSal was the installer for my chairlifts. He did a great job with everything from alerting me when he was 15 minutes away, arriving on time, answering all my questions prior to and during the install and doing a great job with the installation. He finished in the amount of he anticipated. He even brought his own vacuum cleaner and tidied up any small messes! The chairlifts work perfectly.
