    It was very easy to reach this business and schedule to have a small job completed. Communication was good and the owner arrived on time. I had explained I needed 2 bathroom sink stoppers replaced and one toilet was running. He only had 1 matching sink stopper on the truck. He did the work for the toilet and one sink and said he would order the second stopper and be back in about a week. He charged me as described for the time and put simply parts on the line item on the invoice, which was several hundred dollars. I assumed this was for all parts for the toilet and 2 stoppers. When he came back 2 weeks later with the second stopper, my husband was home. He not only charged a full additional service call fee, but added another $130 for parts. My husband Wasnt aware of the parts charge on the first invoice so simply wrote the check. When I realized what happened, I called the business owner and he indicated thats how much a brushed nickel sink Stopper costs. I made four requests for the specific information on the parts he used. And he refused to respond. When I search, I see **** nickel sink stoppers for $35 and thats the most expensive. He over charged exponentially, refuses to provide information or respond. Buyer beware. I paid via a check so he could save the credit card fees so no recourse, unfortunately.
