      I purchased a marker in full for my father in September 2024, and I am still awaiting a response from Scott Monuments in ******************, ** He replied to my emails citing family emergency as the reason for the delay. I expressed my condolences, but he also has a business to manage. I will take all necessary steps including using social media to make sure this doesnt happened to anyone else. Additionally, I will acquire another marker from a different source, Furthermore, I will initiate legal proceedings against this business!!!!!!!!!!!????????????
