      I left my two dogs at the Hadley Pet Hotel. After a two week vacation I picked up two dogs in terrible shape. One was bleeding from a cut next to his eye and when I pointed out the dried blood they said were not aware of it and thought it was just dried tears. As soon as I touched it to clean, it bled quite a bit. It was infected and needed antibiotics from the vet. The other dog vas vomiting and had diarrhea. I had to take her to urgent care and still it was four days before she could keep any food down. She had been vomiting long enough to make her throat raw. She couldnt bark much and when she did her voice was hoarse. I went back to the Hadley Pet Hotel but no one was aware of these problems. Apparently the little dogs must have been living in her vomit and diarrhea between cleaning. The pet hotel advertised one free night for pets who stay more than ten days. We didnt get free nights in spite of staying 15 days. Urgent care cost $500 and the vet bill was about $200. I strongly advise pet owners to avoid this establishment.

      Both dogs that stayed with us showed no signs of distress or health concerns during their entire stay. Per the owner's request, they were kept separate from other dogs. Each dog was on multiple medications, and we ensured they were fed and medicated separately to avoid any mix-ups Throughout their stay, we closely monitored their health and behavior, including stool consistency, eating, drinking, and energy levels. Both dogs had solid stools and no vomiting at any point, including up to their departure. They were under 24/7 supervision during their stay. Upon pickup on August 4th at 1:50 pm, the owner thoroughly inspected both dogs and confirmed they appeared happy and healthy. There were no signs of vomiting, diarrhea, or bleeding, either before departure or during the owners inspection. We have photo and video documentation to verify the dogs' health and well-being throughout their stay and are happy to provide any additional information needed.
