    I ordered some items from them on July 12th. After my confirmation e-mail, I haven't received any updates or shipping confirmations. I reached out to them multiple times through their website, and they haven't responded. After looking on forums, I found that many other customers have had similar experiences. Some receiving their orders well past their lead times, and some, like me, haven't received their orders or gotten a response.

    I ordered a product on April 16th 2024. Cost was $65.60 Have emailed business owner Chris G to ask for updates and or shipping confirmation and recieved nothing but fake apologies. Last email was Nov 13th say it would be shipped soon. It has been 8 months. I just want my money back now. This is theft.

    I placed an order with Grim Hunter Tactical Gear on February 24, 2024. The items ordered were estimated to take 8-12 weeks. I first reached out on June 12th (15 weeks out) asking for a status update. I heard nothing back. I followed up end of June and heard nothing. I sent another status update request in August, nothing. Finally at the end of September I requested a refund and sure enough heard nothing back. I have read of other customers having this same issue and I think the BBB needs to step in as they continue to mislead customers about order times then go radio silent and steal their money.

    I placed an order on September 24, 2024 over Grim Hunter Tactical Gear website for several items with total value of 115 USC. Its been a month and I have not received my order. I tried contacting the merchant but non of my emails were replied to which makes me believe that it might be a scam.

    Placed an order for product and never received it. After a year emailed the company and received a response back that they were busy and hadn't gotten to it yet and that it would be sent right out. That was 6 month's ago. It's now been 18 months since I placed the order and still haven't received anything. All emails I send now go unanswered and there is no phone number to contact them. They have completely ghosted me and will not send me the products I paid for or even offer a refund
