Absolutely horrible! I bought a 2019 F150 and later had some engine leaking through the valve cover. Buyers choice said they wont cover that and it cost me $1300 to get it fixed. One week later my truck was still leaking and found out the timing cover seal is leaking. Once again, buyers choice said they wont cover it and I was out an additional $1800! I got my truck back and immediately turned around and brought it back to the shop because I got a check engine light and it drives sluggish as if its out of gas. Im waiting on a diagnosis for this but Im certain whatever it is buyers choice will not be covering it. Do not use these guys for your warranty!

We bought a salvaged car at the ************* located in ****************, **. This car is a 2020 ************ with only **** miles. We were told it had a salvaged car title because of hail damage that we could visibly see on the roof and hood of the car. We paid ********* including the warranty from Buyer's choice (*******).In November of 2021 the car started to have engine problems and was burning oil. The car stopped working and we brought it into a ******* dealership. They charged ******* - something to do with the camshaft and piston. i asked if there were any recalls and was told no. I was beyond frustrated that we had to pay additional money for a 1 year old car. The car broke down again on 08-01-22 which is only 9 months later. ******* is telling us the entire engine needs to be replaced but will not pay for this. We called the warranty company, Buyers Choice and they will not pay for this either. I am stuck with a 3 year loan on a broken down car that is less than 2 years old.

Thank you for reaching out, I was unable to locate your contract, but what I can tell you, is that if you had a salvaged title most Administrators will deem this an ineligible vehicle and cancel your contract with a full refund.
