I took my car into the shop on Tuesday, 5/10/2022, due to engine light being on, Ignition problems, and Power Steering going out. After my diagnostic was completed, I was told that my fuel lines will need to be replaced due to leaks and that my ignition switch needs to be replace. Carchex denied my claim. The inspector who inspected my car and said that my fuel lines were corroded , however ******************* said that my fuel lines were leaking. The inspector stated that they were corroded just so Carchex would not be responsible for the **** because it is stated that they will not pay for damages caused by corrosion but would pay for it if the damage is do to leaks. The inspector are illegally changing the diagnostic around to make it fall into a category so that they do not have to pay. I am also being denied a claim for which it clearly states in my contract that they pay for, but yet refuse to. An clear example is my ignition switch which is clearly stated that my contract will cover this, but yet I am being denied a claim for this. If Carchex do not honor this contract, then not only will I report them to the State's Attorney, but my lawyer is sitting back waiting to *** them.

******************* reported everything that was needed for repairs for my car. In those repairs was an ignition which CARCHEX denied. Because of this, I canceled my policy and paid for the ignition out of my own pocket. I would like a refund in the amount of $414.80. The ignition switch that cost $$240.77 and diagnostic fee of $179.88 which is a total of $414.65

As stated before,  because this company didn't fulfill its obligations which was to honor what was in the contract,  then I  could no longer pay for a warranty that is going to take my money,  but not provide any services when I  need them the most. With that being said I canceled my contract and no longer have a contract with them. Furthermore,  I  had to pay for getting my car  ignition fixed out of my own pocket.  If you have any recordings or massage of what services that was reported to you,  then I would love to hear them for myself.  Then and only then will I dismiss  my case. I would deeply appreciate if BBB would read all of the rewiews that this company has denied claims for which people were eligible for.

I am constantly receiving phone calls from their sales representatives and have continually asked over and over again to stop calling me and block my number. Whenever I try to tell them that, the rep just hangs up on me. I tried calling the number on their website, and the rep just stated that their vendors are the ones that make calls and they do not. I tried to ask to have my number removed and the rep continually stated they dont control their vendors and business practices nor do they screen for any of that information. How is the business not responsible for their vendors constantly harassing random people?
