    Alexander ********************** provided electrical service on April 1, 2024. I paid him with a check for $700.00. He committed to repair one electrical outlet in my kitchen which stopped working. After repairing it he suggested he check the other outlets since my condo is older.After checking the other four outlets he said one of them needed to be updated though it was working fine. He attempted to repair the outlet but was unable to so he promised to return to repair it. Also, after he left my dishwasher stopped working.After he returned to fix the outlet he claimed he repaired it and he got the dishwasher working. In the attached photo you can see how he repaired the outlet. It seems he put an extension cord coming out of the wall instead of a socket-outlet. I am BLIND so did not notice his work until the next day. The dishwasher did work once and then stopped working again. And I discovered another outlet stopped working as well.Out of five outlets in the room only three of them are working currently and my dish washer still does not work.I tried both calling and emailing him to complete the work he started. He said he would return in the following week to finish the work. He did not return and he stopped responding to my messages. It is seven weeks later my dishwasher and two of my outlets still don't work.

    Hi, my name is *********. Valley with a Valley Acing refrigeration C over at *******************************************************. This is regarding a complaints number ******** filed on 5/18/2024 by a ********************. So short story, we did some electrical work over there. ******************** is a blind woman with impaired functions of that. She could see. She failed to tell me that. You know, a couple of things first off that. Her electric, you know, was not updated, her dishwasher was on the same circuit, so she had changed out a couple of receptacles, the receptacles were installed correctly. They worked when we left that now she is trying to come back and get pretty much more for her dollar because she has not made the necessary updates.
