Poor painting job. Called back for remedy. Same problem developed. Sprayed paint on an evergreen ****. This company does not know how to paint exterior deck. Had another painting contractor review and explained what Cookies did wrong. Have attempted to mediate with them. They ignore my messages.

The owner of this company ***************** came to my home to give me estimates to power wash, prep, and paint the exterior of our home including clapboards, trim, and drain pipes. He also gave an estimate to power wash my daughter's home behind mine, and later paint the trim of her home. He got paid in increments, and had his crew who were unable to really communicate with me. The sanded areas, and used putty in places, then continued to paint the exterior of our home. **** would come on days after rain, and humidity. The trim to this date 9/18/2023 is still tacky, and the finished last fall (2022). I called because they came out so many times to fix the job, as it wasn't right. He told me he would come out in the Spring of 2023, and he never called, and he didn't return my calls. I pretty much chased him with no acknowledgement. I spent good money, I trusted him, and it was a big mistake. Every time I told him the things not done, he'd say" they know what they're doing, they'll come back and fix it" It is now the middle of September and my house has two different colors, the black trim has green in it, and the paint has bubbled and chipping. I need some help with this, please and thank-you. ************************
