      We've had ongoing performance issues this year with Fairway lawn- they are not the company from a service and quality product, like they used to be when we started using them over 6 years ago.We have been customers for 6 or more years, with during a period of time, having two households serviced- one in ******** and a former home in ********. Service by the tech as well as our lawn was always in tip top shape, however constant challenges this year. We prepare for lawn fertilizer package as well as rose and hydrangea care, approx $650annually. We built our home and laid pristine sod to begin with and have never had an issue and take great pride in care re: every facet of our home, inside and out. We have called and spoken with the manager or supervisor multiple times, ***** of late. The issue is the condition of weeds and disease in our lawn. As attached, I included photos to ***** the tech, to inquire. he noted what this particular weed was and what the up charge would be. I called to question why it's ala cart and spoke w/ a Manager who said with our loyalty for years and multiple homes, it would be addressed for free. Fast forward to the application on 8/23, receipt shown, and it WASN"T done, but yet another "ala cart " service proposed for now $85. My wife inquired as any/all pesticide control needs to be documented and shared (which it's not noted on the invoice). How do we know if it was done w/o it being documented. Called manager again and he told us we can take our business elsewhere. Completely rude and left a message today 9/13 saying that we should have a landscaper to come and repair our lawn. Want a refund of the last application and the remainder of the year returned to ** before they do any other damage

      An application was done on 8/23 to help the weed situation. It was noted on invoice given to them of products used (left side of the invoice) and is documented in our system what product was used and how much was put down. Some cutomers do need extra costing applications depending on what is happening with the lawn (even if they've been a customer for years). Weather has a big part in that. It is not uncommon to need an extra weed control or special app for specific diseases. They are getting the remaining money back on their account for the applicaitons we did not finish this year.
