    Order Date: 09-06-2021 Order Number: **** Product: ShapeX - Magical Metal Windmill $49.99 Vendor: ShapeX <*********************>Shapex website: my-shapex.com is dead.Product Faults:1.) Much smaller than indicated 2) Came in flimsy packaged 3) ****** design and workmanship.. Flimsy, and began to rust after only a few months.4.) Does not and cannot possibly work as intimated in the internet promotions and video clips. The only way the windmill can turn is in a storm or when blown at with a strong leaf blower, and then it turns too fast to be seen. It will not and couldn't possibly rotate gently in a gentle breeze.5.) This means that the video clip in the internet ad is a trick video where the original, fast moving object is slowed down with a video editor.6.) I have never seen the ShapeX windmill to turn under any wind conditions.7.) A neighbor reported the same problem with an identical windmill model.ShapeX does not answer emails calling for help.Their website, my-shapex.com, cannot be opened as of 6/1/2022.Internet search hits indicate problems with the company ShapeX.
