    Our son was enrolled in their Haverhill location. He was consistently behaving well and we were receiving limited daily reports and statuses, yet he was still coming home with various bumps/bruises/scratches/scrapes. We never received any official notice, verbal or written, of any events regarding the physical neglect pertaining to our son. After many months, our son had made one verbal ****** pertaining to violence, not an actual act of violence, and he was sent home with no warning. After confronting the staff and acknowledging the limited definitions in their policies, he was then targeted for any minor discrepancy. We inevitably pulled him out for summer break and maintained a written agreement that he would be welcomed back. Two business days before going back to school in September we were called and informed that their Salem campus was going to be closed and the remaining students were moving to the Haverhill location and that there was no room for our son to return.
