    We hired this company to build a simple 10x10 patio. They came right out and completed the patio. It looked good. I paid them and they left. I told the owner ******** needed some sort of receipt for the work as I paid cash. (Yes, my one fault for that decision but he seemed trustworthy at the time) and I had thought the job was done. It was nighttime when they finished. I noticed the next day the patio didnt look to be 10x10. I measured and it was only 10x9. I called *** and he did answer right away and said they would come back to finish it. After a couple weeks of saying he was coming and no showing, he finally showed up to fix the patio. I was so relieved. That didnt last long. They attempted to add the additional foot of patio to what was already done. I asked about there now being a seam and the guy said yeah Ill try to avoid that. Anyways they literally left without telling me they were leaving. I caught one of them as I saw them packing up the truck and he said well be back tomorrow to take the mess away. I go outside and not only is there a seam which I specifically said wasnt going to work, but this new piece was not level with the original patio And STILL not 10x10. In fact, it was an inch wider on one side than the other which. You can see in the picture. So we waited two weeks and the job STILL isnt right. My husband called *** who said he would be right over at 7am the next morning to look at it. Big shocker, he never showed up and never returned any of our calls. I now have to hire a new company to come rip up this mess and start all over again. Do NOT hire them. They were awful at communication from the start and cant handle measuring a simple 10x10 square
