    On May 10th 2025 I had water coming into my basement. I called this company which promised to repair pump disinfect and clean the impacted area. The worker started to pump but did not get all the water. He said s**** it and left. The basement filled with water and the next day I had to pay another company to come, pump and install a sump pump for 2700. I stoped payment on the contract amount of 2650. Now today they send me a bill for 5297 instead of the original **************************************************************** be willing to pay 500 for what little they did but since they did not complete the contract I refuse to pay that amount. Especially since I had to pay someone else for coming and doing what they did not live up to in their contract. I am enclosing the original contract which shows the agreed upon price and terms. I am also including the new bill they sent when I stopped payment due to the fact the job was not completed.
