      Exercise caution when considering this company for hire. The entire staff displays unprofessional and rude behavior. I regret not being able to provide a negative rating for this business. Our experience involved water damage to our apartment, and we engaged ServePro for both remediation and reconstruction. Unfortunately, they assigned an inexperienced project manager who had recently joined the company. The manager demonstrated a lack of expertise in handling the job, and despite our explicit communication about residents occupying the apartment during reconstruction, numerous safety hazards were left unresolved, posing a risk to those living there. The ServePro staff exhibited extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism, abandoning the job midway. Additionally, the owner (*****************************) sent threatening emails regarding payment for an incorrect invoice, despite our polite requests for correction. Hard to believe that they are still in business.
