We hired triad last spring to do our pool patio. At first everything went smooth and we were thrilled with the outcome. About a week after they poured we had a crack in the corner near the pool stairs. We reached out to the salesman and he said dont worry they will take care of it. We specialize asked if this would be an ongoing problem in which he assured us it would not be. We waited two months for them to come and repair it. Which was ok. Fast forward to this year. The same area was cracked again. For over two month now weve been trying to get them to come and repair this area. Finally they send a guy out who tells us it shouldve never been paired that way and the crack will continue to get worse because of the joints. Finally he meets with the owner and sends us a repair plan of which we were not happy about. The plan would in our opinion change the entire look of the stairs of our pool. I asked specifically for the owner to contact me so that we could come up with some other solution. Nothing! Finally I get an email back from the pm that crane out saying that what they sent for a repair plan is all that they would do. Why should we settle for something that changes the look of our brand new patio when the fault clearly lies on poor project management.

    Business Response

    Good Afternoon,

We received the complaint that ******************* wrote to the BBB. After we received a email from home owner regarding repairs to the deck we met home owner out on site and went over the repairs. There were 2 hair lines cracks in the deck that were seen only when wet. In out contract that the home owner signed states that triad is not responsible for hair line cracks created by stress, shrinkage or naturally occurring frost heaves, or movement of soil generally caused by water migration. We did put together an entire repair order which was emailed to *******************. Our repair order in our professional experience being in business was beyond satisfaction and would fix any issues the home owner had. He responded back saying he did not accept it and demanded to talk to the owner by a certain date and if he didn't he would be contacting his lawyer. We again sent out the repair order and went beyond repairs needed and were going to fix the cracks and also seal the entire pool deck at no cost to homeowner. He then started to harass workers here with phone calls to personal cell phone numbers and also called out office and said very nasty words to our receptionist which I will not say again. We then contacted out lawyer and gave all information to them and they responded with a certified letter to the home owner. If you require any documents of emails/statements from employee here from the phone call of nasty words or copy of the letter written from out lawyer we can send those at any time.
