    I received a charge of ***** from Choice Fitness in Haverhill, MA. On 4/22, I make a monthly automatic payment ***** for my gym dues. I asked the management why was I charged the *****, their reply was that there was an increase of 5.00 and a 3.00 surcharge for uaing a credit card.. In addition I was charged an additional ***** annual enhancement fee, I was never contacted about the price increase and there was no authorization given. The manager's reply was that an email was sent to all members concerning the change in membership plans. I never received one. The manager admitted there were a lot of members with same complaint. He refused to make an adjustment and I canceled my membership. It is a blatant lack of communication and a refusal to make things right. I am looking for a refund and give a warning to unsuspecting customers.

    On October 13 2022 I arranged with my Choice Fitness personal trainer to pause my personal training contract for the remainder of 2022 due to travel and family circumstances. I was assured this was done. Upon review of my credit card statements at the end of 2022 I noticed that Choice Fitness continued to bill my credit card for the training contract, $380/month for each of October, November, and December. I requested a refund through my CF location, ********* ***************** was informed they would not issue a credit as they feel the issues was previous owner issue. Yet CF billed and collected my monies. I am requesting a refund of $1,140. Thank you.

    I am not a member of this club I paid ********************* $105.95 on 11/17/2022 I also have a cancellation form date 12/15/2022 agreement number ********** . When payment was made *************************** said i will no longer be a member if debt was paid and i did pay it on 11/17/2022 . Now on 1/18/2022 I received a letter that my membership is due for $60.00 dollars I tried calling the club no luck Please help me reslove this problem I don't need bad credit

    I have canceled this membership with nothing further due. The $60 was a clerical oversight. Sorry for the inconvenience. Now the debt has been cleared it will not show on your credit report.
