    I have had auto as well as home insurance policies with Allstate. I purchased a home policy in January 2024 from Mr.Sarcione. After an inspection, allstate doubled the premium as the property information provided by James was grossly inaccurate. I was not informed by James and when I asked him about it, the response was as follows per email, "I could careless about your reviews the policy changes had nothing to do with me I have no control on the backend inspections and changes. I also cannot cancel a home policy unless I receive and cancellation notice from the new insurance company which I never did"This shows utter incompetence and lack of involvement. The policy that was issued had incorrect information as James took information about the house from old records. This house was actually demolished and a new house was built which I purchased. Additionally, the new company from where I purchased home insurance provided a cancellation notice to James which he denied receiving.
