      This company routinely ignored my calls and failed to follow through with services scheduled. ****** lacking in customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!

      I've used Green by Me Irrigation for a little over a year. They've helped with Winterizations & other small maintenance projects.I had them come out for a winterization last November 2022. I explained to the tech that I had a 2nd well that needed to be winterized as well, maybe **** times, and he said it was all set.Fast forward to recently, I discovered that the 2nd well wasn't winterized at all... causing our irrigation pump to crack/break due to water in the winter. Had to pay for a whole new pump. It's frustrating because not only did they not winterize it properly in the fall (I wasn't watching the entire time), but they also made no effort of doing it correctly in the spring despite me asking them, again, 10 times. That's how I knew.I messaged ****** (who is extremely nice) who mentioned *** would be calling me to resolve. Unfortunately I had to message them multiple times... and still no answer from ***************** later.I thought they did a great job, but I'm sadly mistaken and now I'm paying for it. And even after making a mistake, they don't make an effort to reach out and resolve it. Don't make the same mistake I did and have your system completely break down after a year of using them.
