On September 20th 2022, ***********************, the contractor who owned Karma2Maintenace, who i hired for a *************/electric project through an app called Taskrabbit took 2000$ check and came for 6 hours then left me with broken walls and no electricity in bathroom for 2 weeks till I found someone else to finish the project!! He then pretended to be someone else, a business partner called ******* (he miss spelled it as Slony), who was now in charge of ******'s projects while ****** was supposedly hospitalized with COVID. He continued to use ******'s phone for texting and refused to speak in person or provide any more information about himself, while just trying to avoid responsibility by saying that this is "******'s project" and giving endless excuses for delays.I asked him to return my money back but he refused and i even told him he can subtract the 6hrs that he worked but also refused. I asked him to file a claim to his insurance but he never did then he stopped all communications. I texted him a warning on October 28th that I will be taking him to court in a week if he didn't take action but never heard back. Here are some photos of my place before and then how he left my place. The wire is hanging out of the wall and not covered. List of the damage items:The major destruction was1- took a 2000$ check and came for only 6hrs to do the destruction that's in the photos above.2-all of my wood floor. He destroyed the Sheetrock without even putting blankets underneath. 3000$ if I will repair it 3- no electricity for 2 weeks till I found someone to agree to finish the work. Paid 400$ to an electrician to do it.4- hired another person to take off the wall and I paid 2500$. Receipt is attached5- most importantly emotional destruction for my whole family I feel foolish and betrayed! I don't want him to do this to someone else. please consider thank you
