Refund and Exchange Policy
The business states their refund & exchange policy is as follows:
We are a "service provider". Refunds are not usually a part of the billing that we entail. Installing major products that we supply usually has a manufacturer's warranty, which Andy will handle with our supplier should their be a defect. We will make every effort to install products that are in excellent condition.

Should we be asked to install a product the "homeowner" purchases, such as a lavatory or water closet, we do not warranty their purchases.  If that product is found to have a defect, we remove it for the owner & they do an exchange at the store where they purchased the item. Then when the customer has the replaced product, we will install the new for a labor fee.  This is common when customers buy faucets at a hardware store and parts are missing when we go to install it. It is far better to have OCMI provide the product for you so we can warranty it.  We also suggest you keep any sales receipts from the purchase for one year in case there is an issue. Many stores will only allow a return within 90 days of purchase. Be sure to check on that when deciding to buy your own plumbing products. The buyer should be aware that some fixtures they purchase may not be made in America. Check with the store before you buy.
