    The owner has knowingly wrongfully charged my elderly and disabled grandparents for two years of home owners insurance policies that my grandparents attempted to cancel in October of 2021. Rather than helping my grandparents take proper steps, ***** has continued to take advantage of their vulnerability to charge two years worth of unneeded policies that had been replaced by another insurer. I stepped in over one month ago to assist my grandparents in rectifying the issue and getting their nearly $4000 back into their pockets. ***** has continued to be unresponsive, dishonest, and unreliable. She continues to fail to communicate and provide updates. This is exploitation of the elderly and disabled and I believe whole heartedly that ***** would have continued to allow for this to happen unless someone stepped in to intervene. Ive given time, support, followed up, helped in any way possible, and ***** continues to drag this out. Shame on you, *****. Do the right thing. Follow through, provide updates, and stop taking advantage of vulnerable people.
