    I needed some speciality bolts to repair deck lighting. Purchased 4 ***** course thread SS. Very competitive prices. Arrived on time and packaged so that no damage to the threads. I would recommend this company for your fastener needs.

    Bolt Depot delivers with quality products and superlative customer service. To date I've only made two or three very small orders, but they treat me as though I was ordering to stock a hardware store. The staff was incredibly patient and helpful in identifying not only the sizes of the machine screws but also the size of the hex wrench I needed.

    I have placed over 20 orders with Bolt Depot. They all were filled quickly and accurately. The product is as good as the service. I wouldn't consider buying from any other vendor. Top of the line!!!

    AMAZING SERVICE AND GREAT PRICE. MY ORIGINAL ORDER WAS LOST IN SHIPPING BY THE ***** I CONTACTED BOLT DEPOT AND THEY OVERNIGHTED ME REPLACEMENT, WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED. **** DEFINETLY DO MORE BUSINESS WITH THEM. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    Outstanding service. Good useful website. Good prices, especially when compared with a national name brand hardware chain. Individual bolts, nuts, etc. packaged separately in clearly marked ziplock type bags, tagged with printed, not handwritten, stick on labels. Order placed on the website late Monday afternoon, shipped Tuesday morning, **** Priority Mail, reasonable price, arrived in 3 days, ************* to *******. I probably saved $50-60 over local hardware store prices, including shipping. Good quality fasteners. Will do business with them again. Company was recommended by a friend, ****** took his advice. Website says theyve been in business since 1949. Theres a reason for that.

    Best Fastner supplier I have ever used ! Every time I have called with a question they are spot on with an answer. Be sure when filling out shipping method check *** its only a few cents more, for when you use **** your purchase will get the Grand tour of NE -******** ** -> to ******** **->********** **-> to here on Cape Cod. It's overnight at reg.***. **** 4 DAYS. **** has shipped it 2 Times that way to me so its not a fluke why ???? Bolt Depot------ SHINES-----

    1) very large selection of bolts, nuts, washers, and related parts including some fairly unusual, 2) website very well designed to allow one to very rapidly find parts needed - filters are especially easy to use and very effective, 3) very small orders are no problem but large quantities result in good cost savings, 4) shipping costs are VERY reasonable, and 5) delivery happens very quickly.I don't know about their customer service because I've never needed it.Some companies are good at a few of the things I listed. Very few are good at all 5, but Bolt Depot certainly is.

    Over a period of about 5 years I have placed I believe 7 small orders. All were items not stocked in your big box store or local hardware store. The online catalog has the information needed for accurate ordering and all orders were correctly filled.
