    We purchased travel insurance with this company and were informed we had 10 days to change our mind and cancel. After looking over the travel policy we determined that it would not benefit us and so within 3 days we called to cancel. We were informed when we called that their system was down and to either call back another time or go online to cancel. We did manage to plod through the online cancellation. They had already withdrawn the money after 1 day, but we called 4 days later because we had not seen a refund and the only notification we got was that the insurance status had been updated (no mention of it being canceled). We called to find out the status, because we had received no further notice and had not seen any sign of the cancellation. Instead we were informed that it was in a queue and it would take up to 30 days for the refund. This is a totally unacceptable way of doing business and the focus of the company appears to be solely on profit and nothing on customer satisfaction.
