    ****** a representative of KBL was connected to me via BizBuySell to help set up a vending machine service business and serve as a consultant for the entire process with even helping me acquire/place soda machines. We had extensive discussions culminating in me opting for the lowest entry level service agreement of $7500 which I signed 8/9/22.After signing it became a bit difficult getting hold of ****** and he set up a website and basically stopped taking calls. After multiple attempts to ask him what next with the consultancy with next steps, he answered my call telling me he contracted COViD and was just recovering. He asked for time to get himself together. This is now mid to late October 2022. As I file this complaint ****** not any representatives of KBL *** has responded to my voice messages or emails.The public needs to be aware of this company and save others from being scammed. I seek them to refund my money and pull down the sham website they created.

    Bought 4 vending locations for 41750$ On September 15 with minimum sales of 8000$ a month.In three weeks realized all his sales report are fake. When contacted the owner *********************** he said with agreement he have six months to refund the ************** took the vending locations.Thought of he will refund money after six months. Trying to reach him since 6 days for refund he isnt answering.Need to rake serious action on my this.I have all his texts agreement and sales report which he gave us.
