    I have been waiting 3 months for payment.I either get no response or a response telling me I am on some list, but they will not disclose a payment date as I have requested multiple times.

    I do not show a customer by the name of ******************************* in our database, nor a customer registered to the address recorded. 

    Could further detail be provided on the customer transaction? Perhaps this is a group practice but we do not see a correlation to same. If more information can be provided about the sales transaction perhaps a Diamond Invoice or Customer ID number which is 5 digit long and starts with a #2. Once provided I am happy to research further.

    Document attached to this complaint is a Purchase Order, which would mean the claimant in this transaction is not a customer, but rather a vendor to **********************. I will inquire internally about this matter. 

    Meanwhile, since this is a vendor and not a customer, ******************** please advise if this is a platform in which Diamond should answer its vendor.

      I just wanted to thank the BBB for stepping in.

     Without your assistance I don't believe I was going to get paid. Immediately after your contact with them they sent me an email stating that a check would be delivered in a few days. I received the check today.
